The Department of Law,University of Sialkot offers a four-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in legal principles, practices, and procedures. The program is structured in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the Pakistan Bar Council. The LLB (4 Years) degree equips students with comprehensive knowledge of core areas such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Law of Torts, Jurisprudence, Family Law, Property Law, Corporate Law, and International Law. In addition, the curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, legal research, advocacy skills, and ethical practice, preparing graduates to meet the challenges of the legal profession. Students are trained through lectures, seminars, moot courts, case studies, and practical exposure to the legal system. The program not only prepares graduates for enrollment as advocates with the bar councils but also opens avenues in judiciary, prosecution, academia, corporate sector, public service, and NGOs. The Department is committed to producing competent legal professionals who uphold justice, integrity, and rule of law while contributing effectively to the legal system of Pakistan.
